Toronto-based illustrator, Ashley Tse, is a full-time freelancer with several years of experience in the field. 

At the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, she took on a new artistic medium; ceramics. Ashley’s hybrid skills in both illustrations and ceramics, allowed her to explore Eastern, folk-art style and aesthetics.

She now co-owns a private ceramic and supper club studio called Goji Studio with her fiancee, producing one-of-a-kind, custom painted porcelain pieces for a multitude of clients.

As an illustrator, she had the pleasure of working in book, advertising, branding, and social media. Some of her previous clients include Veuve Clicquot, Rebel Mama, Mirvish Village Condo, Roselle Desserts, Milky’s Coffee, Burger Drop, Nagamochi, Tsuchi, and many more.

The name - "Goji Studio", is derived from goji berries which are traditionally used to promote longevity and stamina. Our vision for the studio is to do just that; build a space that's nourishing for the soul and create ceramics with intention whether that be for functional use or an object to simply enjoy.
